When flying AA, you get business class catering when flying first class, and an in-between catering between business and premium economy catering when flying business class. AA instead of catching up with its international competitors in Asia and the Middle East, it decides to continue to cut back. Other than a soup course and a plated entree, the meals are identical with business class. The mid-flight snack and pre-arrival meal are exactly the same with business class. Mr. Parker is good in running a low cost airline operation but is definitely not suitable for running a premium airline.
