This flight has had two choices for the longest: Chicken Parmagiana or Filet Mignon. Had, I say, because AA has seen fit to replace the filet with a beef short rib. To their credit it was tender, but tasted just okay.....really made me miss my usual filet ;) Chicken is always ok too. Each comes with a salad, and dessert, all tray service, at the same time.
