Overall very good. I have a 50/50 track record with lamb on the ground, so it was with some trepidation (and lack of choices; fish [rarely eat and never on planes], pasta [carb bowl] or soup [not filling enough for dinner]) that I had the lamb. Pleasantly suprised, as it was tender, juicy, and had a great flavor. The Hoisin sauce had some influence on that no doubt.
