Catering was adequate and there were four choices for dinner - beer braised beef filet, grilled herb chicken, seafood brodetto and penne pasta with marinara sauce and vegetables. I pre-ordered the seafood dish and it was acknowledged during menu order. It tasted fine but instead of polenta cakes as accompaniment I would have preferred some mashed potatoes or bread toasts to better absorb the broth. Dessert featured cookie crumble ice cream, cheese plate and homemade coconut cake. The self serve buffet after the meal service offered plenty of savory and sweet choices. As a matter of fact AA does a great job in this area and I think it is one of the best for long haul premium cabin. Breakfast was a choice between cheese omelet or fresh fruit plate with satisfying portions.
