Start of cocktail and warm nuts followed by mixed green salad and appetizer of spicy chicken and corn salsa with a cheese roll. Dinner of beef with roasted potatoes and carrots. Dessert and after dinner drinks.

Sorry about the picture quality. The meal was very good as was the service. AA does a nice job on their transcon service.
