There was abundant amount of food being served and given its multi-course nature, they can be a bit smaller, and invest in actually serving better quality food. The duck rilette is very heavy and three pieces were too much. They could have used better quality if they served two pieces. The salad was not good. The Spanish Saffron soup was strange. The chicken is interesting. Breakfast was a choice of typical scrambled egg or Fruit Plate. I took the fruit plate option.
