Nice entree consisting of chicken sausage egg strata with home fries were all clearly from us foods since it tasted great a choice of fresh sliced fruits were on the tray and were ripe this time. the potatoes were soggy but the strata was good then the flight attendents served us biscuits with jam and butter. they were very attentive on my flight.

Equipment: I dont like the new service items much in first class they are very economy like and its sad to have eveything served on one tray on a flight this long i would expect courses and a better mid flight snack not a snack basket metal cutlery and china dishes
