Dinner
Dinner on a regional. Described as shredded beef with noodle salad was actually sliced beef with a side of cold noodles. Taste was pretty good for an airplane and better that I expected from a cold dish. Would of been much better if served in courses. Tray was too crowded which made for a less comfortable dinning experience

Other: The in flight on this trip did not seem interested in the passengers. Dinner was server edward.callanta@gmail.com 1.5 hours after departure and was the first time he offered a drink. After dinner was served didn't see him until landing checks. Spent the boarding time chatting up the ground crew in lax and the flight chatting up the other in flight. Not the expected service in any cabin.
