The spicy crab appetizer looked good on paper, but needed more seasoning or a sauce component. There was a second choice of starter, which was edamame hummus. Salad was nice. There were three choices of entrees: Sweet Potato Curry Soup with Caesar Salad (optional grilled shrimp), Lobster risotto, or Quinoa & Barley pilaf. I tried the lobster risotto, which was average. However, I was a bit surprised that there was no meat option at this menu. Compared to previous American Airlines' Flagship service, there is improvement, but still lacking compared to JetBlue or Virgin America.
