Dinner - Appetizer: Portobello Mushroom & Cherry Tomatoes Salad: Fresh seasonal greens with artichoke quarters, red bell peppers, kalamata olives and cucumbers, offered with honey dijon dressing or olive oil & balsamic vinegar Entrees Choices: * Filet of salmon with a ginger-soy glaze, offered with haricots verts, carrots and jasmine rice (not pictured) * Seared filet of beef accented by porcini mushroom butter and bordelaise sauce, servied with olive oil fingerling potatoes, grilled fennel, cipploini onion and roasted yellow tomatoe * Roasted chicken breast accompanied by eggplant confit and orzo pasta * Goat cheese and red pepper cappelletti pasta bound in a light pesto sauce, garnished with toasted pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes (not pictured) Dessert: a scoop of mango sorbet

OK. Steak was nicely cooked medium-rare for a change. Appetizer was a bit of a joke, it's like they took some of the veggies off the salad, put them on a different plate and called it a separate course.
