garden salad/sushi-shrimps-salmon ceviche/pepper steak with polenta

polenta tasted really bitter as well as the pepper steak. the shrimp-salmon ceviche was not a good imitation of ceviche. We were delayed for 4 hours, so not really sure if that has something to do with the food going bad,,,really bad.
