I pre-ordered the beef filet so I was really excited to have it on board. And the surprise came with the first cut: it was so raw that i looked like tuna tartar. Called the flight attendant, he took it back to the kitchen, he came back to tell me he was going to use the first class oven instead. When the beef came back the smell of raw was just unbearable. Did not even try it. So I just ate the side: potatoes gratin, vegetables and bread. That was my business class dinner.

Equipment: The aircraft was just excellent. Comfortable, modern, pretty much brand new.
