Dinner , Special meal: MOML
To start - Warm mixed nuts.
Appetizer - Prosciutto garnished with Parmesan cheese, served with cantaloupe puree.
Salad - Fresh seasonal greens offered with sour cream and herb dressing OR premium extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, accompanied by a mozzarella, cherry tomato and fresh basil.
Main course - Four cheese ravioli accented by herbed wild mushroom cream sauce. The other choice was Beef fillet with demi-glace.
Dessert - Ben & Jerrys vanilla ice cream with a choice of hot fudge, butterscotch or seasonal berry toppings, whipped cream and pecans.
Fruit and cheese.
Tomato juice and water
A solid transcon first class meal. I wish that AA could introduce more variety to its appetizer and main dish repertoire. That prosciutto appetizer has been on the menu for quite a while along with the Mojito shrimp and Cajun chicken slices over corn/bean salad rotation.
