Grilled lemon chicken served over seasonal greens with goat cheese and sour cream and herb dressing. Other choices were gourmet cheese plate with fresh grapes and dried fruit OR creamy wild mushroom soup with sourdough croutons.

Orange juice and water

Very good snack, although something more substantial should be served for a transcon flight departing at 8:20P.
