To Start: Warm mixed nuts Appetizer: Coppa ham w/ mozzarella cheese Salad: Fresh seasonal greens and an assortment of fresh vegetables offered with pepper cream dressing Main Course: Lamb medallions offered with marionberry glaze, cilantro mashed potates, grilled asparagus tips and roasted cherry tomatoes Dessert: Garlic and black pepper caciotta and manchego cheese with fresh grapes and pecans

Red Wine, White Wine, Water, Port Wine

Was only offered a choice of either ice cream with toppings or the cheese plates. Would have been nice to have both. Cilantro mashed potatoes were excellent.
