Amuse Bouche - puffed pastry filled with crab meat salad.
Starters - Nori Wrapped Salmon with wasabi mayonnaise.
Soup - Creamy Carrot with red pepper and ginger
Japanese Meal
Kobachi - Marinated herring roe salad, spicy cod salad and nameko mushroom with yamakurage vegetables.
Hassun - simmered prawn, baked whitefish with cheese, minced duck with steamed egg yolk cake, sweet simmered broad bean with gold leaf, steamed taro potato with black sesame and lily bulb flower.
Mukouzuke - Sea bream fillet with radish, mixed baby leaves and yozu mayonnaise dressing.
Shiizakana - Boiled chicken salad with sesame sause.
Dainomono - Braised Japanese beef with yuzo kosho pepper sause and grilled red snapper saiyoyaki style, daikon radish, awafu gluten cake, green been and carrot flower.
Served with season rice, miso soup, and assorted pickles.
Dessert - Ice Cream Sundae
Breakfast prior to landing.
Jack and Water
Food was good, but service not so much. Understand most people sleep but didn't see a sole walk through once dishes were cleared away. Had the Flights of Wines on the outward trip, wasn't even offered.
