The meal started with warm nuts served with a beverage and followed by a snack of cold beef salad on this flight from Chicago to Dallas. The slices of beef had some remnants of grilling marks on the side and were not overcooked. The salad had strong components such as sliced purple onion and Blue cheese that instead of competing with each other helped complement the dish nicely. Warm cookies (macadamia nut with white chocolate or chocolate chips) rounded off the meal.
