Beef and lobster mac and cheese sounds good on paper, but the beef filet is very thinly sliced. But for American Airlines, this is pretty good. Doug Parker is definitely aiming to bring the airline down to US Airways level, rather than making it premium. As of this point, I am happy to see a hot meal on this 2 hours flight.
