Cheese blintzes with peach compote, chicken sausage links, fruit and biscuit. Surprisingly delicious; the blintzes were a little sweet, which we enjoyed.

Equipment: The trays could have been a little more accommodating to plus-size passengers (one more inch of room would have done it for us), but otherwise, everything was great.
