Called "Roasted Duck Breast" with barbecue sauce, it was AA's version of Peking Duck. I did enjoy it but the starter consisted of parma ham which was a little too tough to eat.

Equipment: I really enjoyed flying on AA's Dreamliner but I would avoid the seats that are in the center as well as the ones facing backwards. My seat H2 does not have bin storage or any cabinets for my bag etc. Also the seat movement locked up on me and the AVOD had issues.
