Dinner , Special meal: no
Well, for once, I'm impressed. Warmed mixed nuts and a cocktail, followed by Caprese Salad (tomato and mozzarella and olives on a skewer), Wedge Salad with PLENTY of bacon and a good ranch dressing, then Herb Crusted Filet of Beef with Lobster Mac and Cheese. I have to say, I was expecting an overcooked piece of meat, but was pleasantly surprised. The meat was actually slightly pink in the center, and quite tasty (and tender). The Lobster Mac was delish. I could have enjoyed two servings of it LOL. Vanilla ice cream rounded it out. My only complaint? I was sorry to not have been offered a cup of coffee.

More red wine!

Equipment: Again, a tablecloth on the eastbound flight - we'll see if that happens on the west bound leg on Tuesday :)   //   Other: I've said it before, and I'll say it again - come on American - give me three plated courses in domestic first. It won't kill you.
