Lunch Starters: Warm nuts to start Appetizer: Puff pastry topped with tomato slices, kalamata olives, caramelized onions and fresh basil. Salad: Fresh seasonal greens with creamy Caesar dressing with sourdough rolls Main course: Filet Mignon Tenderloin of beef complimented by sun-dried tomatoes and a caramelized onion demi-glace, presented with broccoli-tomato medley and yellow potato wedges with thyme Desert: Ben and Jerry's Mint Chocolate Chunk ice cream Followed by: Light meal upon arrival: Pancetta Pizza A personal pizza topped with pancetta bacon, grilled pineapple, mozzarella and fresh basil accompanied by a green salad with plum tomatoes and green onions. Green salad Desert: Dessert was not on the menu, but presented anyway. A REALLY nice cream Brule with dark chocolate and fresh blackberries.
