Overall this was an OK meal. However, the presence of half cashews instead of whole ones in the nut mix, lack of a choice of salad dressings, incomplete utensils, salt and pepper in packages instead of proper containers and a cookie for dessert for a flight of this length are disappointing elements in a premium cabin.
