Thanks to CEO Doug Parker! AA Premium service continues to suffer major decline of both quality and quantity of in-flight meals in premium cabin. The lazy F/As did not make these flights any better by rushing through the one-tray meal. Since AA labels this SJU flights as "business," there is no pre-arrival cookie service. It is sad that American Airlines is being run to the ground by CEO Parker. As of now, some United domestic first class meals are better than American Airlines.
