A pre departure beverage was offered. My choice was Tito Vodka with club soda. Warm nuts and red wine was served before lunch. Hot towel service was provided. Lunch consisted of a corn and mixed vegetable salad, beef short rib with macaroni and cheese and a key lime cheesecake for dessert. The corn salad was good but needed more dressing. The short rib was delicious and tender. The Mac and cheese was good but too much salt. The key lime cheesecake was delicious. Red wine was served with lunch and Tito vodka and club (double) was served after lunch.

Other: American Airlines provided excellent service. The flight attendants were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the flight and were always asking if I needed anything or needed refills. This AA 737-800 was clean and the seat padding was comfortable with great seat pitch. Even though there was no in seat video entertainment, I would choose American Airlines over Delta on this route. Great job American Airlines!
