I missed my connecting flight in Zurich so I was transferred to American. I was very surprised because the crew was very professional and pleasant. I had such a nice flight on the whole way thanks to Birgit - the sweetest flight attendant I have ever seen. Thank you! It was a heavy rain when we got to New York, but the pilot landed so smoothly on the runway. I was amazed. Keep up the good work AA! Preston rulez!
