Special K cereal, fruit cocktail (canned), a muffin, strawberry yoghurt, and milk

Hot tea

The meal was good overall, everything was exceptionally cold (including the aircraft cabin!) The milk had some frozen chunks and so did the yoghurt. Overall this was fine for a regional breakfast flight.
