- Green salad with non-oil citrus dressing - Grilled beef in tomato sauce with potatoes, carrots and string beans - Bread roll - Plain yoghurt - Gochujang (Korean chilli paste)

Ginger Ale, Green Tea (not pictured)

Beef and tomato sauce made the meal a bit oily, but very filling and good nonetheless.
