The service was excellent as usual, but cutbacks are obvious and the lack of caviar service is obvious. For lunch, the meals are always 100% same as business class - including appetizer and soup, and choices of main course, and dessert. First Class just got better plating and a nicer salad, and additional short rib on the main course. OZ can do better in introducing different choices of starters and soup. I flew OZ about once a year and the same meal was served repeatedly. Please introduce some choices! Low score is because of the lack of differentiation from business class and the lack of variety.
