The beef was ok, but the fish was a bit strange (thought it was chicken first). The vegetables were at least crunchy. The bread was meh and the panna cotta was a flavourless milkpudding. As this is a Korean airline, they provided a tube of gochujang (Korean chili paste) in case the food wasn't spicy enough.

Equipment: The paper box the food is served in makes for a messy meal and it needs to be redesigned to make it easier to eat out of. It's more environmentally friendly than plastic though...
