Duval-Leroy Fleur de Champagne Brut

Exquisitely presented by DO & CO. Very good taste but I asked for a recommendation and the chef suggested to me the most boring of entree choices (the other options were grilled swordfish and gorgonzola gnocchi). All were good. Wine list was fine but a little heavy on the Austrian wines. Service on Austrian is excellent.
