In general, I wouldn't pay the business class fare before they redo their grand class cabin, the seats are oldfashioned and worn, they crew was ok, but not outstanding, after serving lunch they all disappeared and we had to ring for every glass of water. In economy class, they walk though they aisle with drink trays every hour or so. The welcome drink they offered was only sparkling wine, not Champagne, which was opened when they started serving lunch. The spelling in the english menu (case sensitivity, some Austrian words translated, some not) is kind of strange, see yourself, the above spelling is true to the original menu. Food was created by Christian Petz, one of Austria's best chefs, however some of the dishes were disappointing, like the gazpacho had a strange chemical taste, none of the passengers ate it. Some of the ingredients and side dishes were too exotic (couscous, fennel, poppy-seed, mint-jelly) to appeal to the general taste, and the person who had the idea of serving rösti (which was of course reheated and tasted like, well, a greasy shoesole) should be banned forever from designing airline food. Therefore no better rating than a 7.
