Beef and rice. I'm not sure if a hot meal like this is served on the daily flight from Geneva, or it was for the occasion of the "last Tu-154 flight in western Europe".

A choice of juices, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee. Soviet champagne was served for the occasion.

The beef was very tasty and soft.
