I had a similar menu last month, and for this occasion, I stuck with the warmed Vichyssoise soup and the egg was running this time, instead of fully cooked, and then had a salad. For main course, I preordered the chicken breast with breaded artichoke risotto. I had apple pie for dessert. Afternoon tea was served an hour prior to arrival. The service was fine but lacked the polish I expect in first class. The afternoon tea was not served with the new layered silverware. The food was great, but it was sad that the service was not as polished despite the flight only had three passengers in first class cabin.
