STARTER: Traditional meze plate featuring parsley and chilli hummus, aubergine mutabbal, chick peas, cumin and lentil salad. Marinated salmon with seaweed salad and Matsuhisa dressing. SALAD: Fresh seasonal salad served with vinaigrette. MAIN: Steamed Severn & Wye cod with grain mustard mash, asparagus and butternut squash with lemon and mint sauce. DESSERT: Banoffee delice with toffee sauce, Croxton Manor Mature Cheddar and Shropshire Blue served with Quince jelly and biscuits. Coffee and chocolates.
