Flavourless sandwich on could-be-fresher sliced bread. We were seated near the rear of the plane and by the time the staff reached us there was no choice of sandwich filling left. Those seated further forward could choose between egg or chicken salad. Dessert was a plastic pot containing a layer of strawberry conserve topped with custard and then a thin layer of cream - a bit like trifle. This was ok but I yearn for the days when BA served proper cooked meals on all its flights, regardless of duration and travel class.
