Own Picnic - Breakfast & Lunch - Breakfast: Scottish smoke salmon with cream cheese on Brick Lane Bagels. Lunch: Nuts & Olives to start followed by Chicken baked with herbs and wine, cous cous and roasted vegetables; Cheese to finish.

Breakfast - Cafetiere Coffe; Fresh OJ from Airport and Sparkling Wine; Lunch - Martinis followed by Shiraz Comments: I always refuse food on flights - the answer bring your own including napkins and crockery.

My best improvement on this flight was to bring a small cafetiere (French press) and coffee - the flight crew were v. helpful and impressed. As always with the liquids restrictions one can’t bring a decent bottle of wine onto the flight.
