Lunch - Warm rack of lamb on salad with feta cheese and lentils: the lamb tasted great but was rather too fatty for my liking. I couldn't get excited over the lentils, but the balsamic vinegar salad dressing was good. Dessert was cold apricot (Menu Card)

Piper Heidsick Champagne (NV). Only one drink procession, but extra was available 'on request'.
