There were only two passengers in First, and we had one flight attendant each! Canapés superb, as was the lobster. Personal bread basket was a nice touch with four different breads for me to pick at. Sadly the bread wasn't very fresh or warm. Beef was awful - too well done and on the tough side. I nearly changed it until I realised that an awful lot can be covered up by English mustard. Cheese was a good selection, so I had a good excuse to max out on the wines. The Château Filhot was the best wine I tried and went very well with the rhubarb crumble and custard. Service was good although a little stand-offish. They shut the bar up well over half an hour before landing. Gone are the days where you could still sip champagne as you touched down and taxied to the gate.
