Snack
BA has already gotten a poor score by changing into a BOB program, but to add insult, the range of beverage and snacks are poor. I understand the lack of hot food for sale, but will it hurt to have a sandwich or salad or real snacks available for sale? The only snack options are porridge or the yogurt with granola as shown (GBP1.95). I was really hungry so I got the best options. BA really has become a third-class low cost airline. I can't wait for flybe to add flights on these domestic segments out from Heathrow.
