Whilst not originally excited by the menu at first glance, the quality of food and presentation of this meal turned out to be superb. Crew were particularly firendly and the steward in charge of food preparatin was more than accomplished when it came to presentation on the plate which was better than that of some good restaurants. Bread selection was warm but was not particularly good. Note, the food out of London Heathrow is usually the most interesting in First on BA but the food quality usually remains consistently variable depending on the fight and crew serving it. A noticible change was the BA's new more relaxed, less formal cabin training scheme which aims to make cabin crew more approachable to passengers...this was most certainly the case.
