Grilled Escolar with rice, carrott and courgette. (Crew Meal)

Never heard of the fish Escolar before, so was keen to try it. Turned out to be really very nice indeed! The rice was lovely, if not a little gooey (meant to be that way?) and the veg was very well cooked. There was a sauce with this dish, but not totally sure what kind.
