Tea - Sandwiches, brownie and some sort of tart (Menu Card)

Disappointing 2nd meal for a long flight. Sandwiches packaged & sealed but already dry, with another day of shelf life yet. Brownie and tart were o.k. Whatever happened to the english afternoon tea?
