Pre-arrival Snack (Menu Card)
(This was supposed to be vegan) Tomatoes, onions, and green peppers on a roll with margarine and a side of fresh fruit.

Water (not pictured)

There was certainly a lot of effort into this meal, but margarines contain milk-products, so it was not vegan - it looked good, though. The fruit was very fresh and good.
