Dinner - Salad starter with Fresh Mozarella cheese (not shown), chicken with saffron rice and asparagus, Apple tart with pistachios in a custard sauce as dessert, Herbed bread rolls (Menu Card)

Champagne; coffee

This was a perfect airline meal. Not too heavy, well presented. The salad was excellent, and the chicken really quite edible with a nice heady scent of saffron. The asparagus was not overcooked, and the sauce quite delicious. They also had a cheese platter after the meal, but you had to ask for it.
