Breakfast The infamous bmi breakfast panini

Early morning departure from LHR to Belfast City. This means a bmi Panini! I went for the bacon (other choice was ham & cheese). Size of panini seems to have reduced since I last had one...bacon was so salty but after getting used to it, I thought that it went well with the bread. It's good that bmi print the ingredients and 'nutritional information' on the packaging... at least we know how many calories there are and what artificial ingredients we are consuming!
