Soon after take off, the purser apologised over the PA that they wouldn't be serving tea or coffee because of turbulence. The actual flying time was about 30 mins and it was amazing that they conducted a full snack and bar service. I think that the low cost airlines like easyJet probably can't compete with the full service UK airlines (BA or BMI). BMI had about 5 cabin crew on this flight!
