Dinner, show here is my plate of roasted butternut squash, loin of pork, wrapped
in prochuito ham, carrots, mashed potatoes and I asked for some of the risotto
(left), as an extra. (Menu Card)

Excellent meal and part of the international business class- Chef Conclave programme. Inflight menu created by a different Canadian chef (part of the "Conclave of Chefs") and served a la carte, with linen, food plated in front of you and Royal Doulton. Great service and memorable meals!
