Basically it is a failed attempt to serve a premium meal! The appetizer was a major failure as the shrimps were overcooked and mushy when I took a bite. The pork entree was bland with no taste. There was not enough meat portion. Even Hong Kong Airlines offers a better business class meal on this route. CX has taken its cost cutting to a new level.
