Smoked halibut appetizer, Stir-fried lobster in black bean sauce with rice and Asian vegetables, Camembert and roquefort cheese

This meal was quite good, and well-presented. The lobster itself was a little overdone and mushy, but it was a large portion, and the sauce was delicious. Rice is freshly steamed on board, I believe. Cheese hadn’t had enough time to come up to room temperature given the short flight.
